Google has been developing a deep learning model to help in the early detection of tuberculosis. The screening tool, which predicts the likelihood of tuberculosis based on a x-ray picture of the patients chest, is planned to be used only in determining whether more tests are necessary, not in determining whether tuberculosis exists.
