Visa and Finn AI collaborated in creating a chatbot specifically designed to provide information for travelers. The chatbot listens to the questions that it gets asked, and then using NLP it deducts the meaning behind the question. The chatbot also has an ML-based algorithm that then decides what the proper response to the question is. Information can include for example locations of ATM machines or information about exchange rates.
