A collaboration between Hanseatic Bank and CollectAI by the Otto Group, where with the CollectAI platform customers were sent payment reminders in a customised way. In the first six months of the collaboration, the collection rate of Hanseatic Bank went up by 24 percent, and expenses for recievables managed went down by 88.6 percent.
